Terms Of Use Agreement
NOTE: If you are not planning on buying or selling a home, please do not use our system. If you are planning on buying, but are working with another Agent or Broker, please do not use our system. We welcome and appreciate the opportunity to serve you.
  1. I assert that I am a bona fide buyer or seller of real estate;
  2. I have not signed any designated agency agreement with any real estate broker or agent that would prevent me from becoming a client of Richard Eckert - Frank & Jodi Orlando;
  3. I agree that I will not contact the seller of any property introduced to me by this web-site, nor will I attempt to view a property or speak with an owner of a property introduced to me by this site unless through an appointment set by the agent representing Richard Eckert - Frank & Jodi Orlando;
  4. I acknowledge that when physical home tours (property showings) commence, I will be requested to become a client of Richard Eckert - Frank & Jodi Orlando. I achieve client status by signing a Non-Exclusive or Exclusive Buyer Representation Contract;
  5. I agree that Richard Eckert - Frank & Jodi Orlando may represent other prospective buyers seeking to purchase properties that may meet my criteria;
  6. It is agreed that all personal information supplied to Richard Eckert - Frank & Jodi Orlando will not be sold or used for any other purpose than helping you to find a home.
  7. This agreement will commence upon my acceptance of it by selecting the 'Search' button and it will expire upon my request or in 3 months, whichever comes first. I can extend the term of this agreement without loss of service by renewing this Terms of Use agreement prior to its expiration;
